Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to engage prospects and convey value propositions on calls and in writing
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads and sales activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our solutions
- Qualify leads through discovery calls to understand their needs and challenges
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant lead information and activity notes
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics and performance
- Continuously improve outreach strategies and techniques based on feedback
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of sales or business development experience preferred
