Business Development Representative

Summary

You'll play a key role in expanding GoodRec's games and revenue by securing new facility partnerships, booking field time, and managing outreach and negotiations. Requirements

• Tech and Data Savvy: Comfortable with technology, mobile apps, and analyzing data on Google Sheets
• Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to providing outstanding customer service
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adeptly prioritize tasks
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication (C1/2 level)
• Full-time availability
• 1+ years in sales or business development, ideally with outbound prospecting experience
• Education: Graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Industrial Engineering (preferred but not limited to), or similar working levels obtained through relevant job experience
• Strong negotiation skills to secure field space at competitive terms
• Ability to manage high-volume outreach and scheduling logistics
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment
• Strong CRM and communication skills to track and optimize outreach efforts

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new facility partnerships in target markets
• Book field time at new and existing facilities to maximize game availability
• Handle cold outreach, follow-ups, and deal negotiations with facility owners
• Collaborate with the BD team to ensure a smooth transition from facility acquisition to scheduling
