Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to generate qualified leads
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts
  • Create personalized outreach strategies for each prospect based on their industry, pain points, and business needs
  • Qualify opportunities based on our BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Enterprise Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect information in our CRM
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product offerings
