Requirements

  • Possess outstanding English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrate a confident, friendly, and professional phone demeanor
  • Have proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or client outreach
  • Exhibit a go-getter attitude with strong initiative and people skills
  • Be able to work independently and remain motivated throughout the day
  • Possess strong organizational skills to track follow-ups and appointments
  • Be comfortable working CST hours

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to small medical practices and RIAs with the goal of setting up promotional, low/no-cost service appointments
  • Generate interest and schedule calls or meetings for the client’s team
  • Track outreach activities, update contact information, and log appointments using Zoho CRM
  • Maintain a polished and courteous tone on all calls and written correspondence
  • If skilled, manage or contribute to social media outreach and campaigns for lead generation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar platforms
  • Have experience with outreach in healthcare or financial services sectors
  • Have social media outreach experience (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
