Requirements

  • Previous experience as a SDR or BDR in a B2B SaaS environment is ideal
  • Experience in a client-facing role in complex project delivery or sustainability/climate tech, with a strong interest in pursuing a sales career
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An open-minded team player, striving to drive success for the wider team as well as yourself
  • Highly motivated with a positive, creative & fearless approach to your work
  • Data, target-driven growth mentality with an ability to work in a high energy sales environment
  • Independent mindset as well as strong personal organisation skills to manage priorities & time effectively
  • Fluency English, German would be ideal

Responsibilities

  • Lead the research, mapping and prioritisation of target enterprise accounts
  • Own and manage your pipeline of leads & accounts
  • Engage with enterprise prospects via phone, email & LinkedIn to build relationships and actively nurture promising prospects
  • Gain a fine understanding of our product, offer and value proposition to be able give tailored presentations in different contexts
  • Actively analyse the KPIs and data resulting from your pipeline to take up measures for further improvement & identify best practices to share with the team
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and your local Sales teams on lead quality and conversion as well as the identification of new business development opportunities
  • Grow into local sustainability & market expert and act as trusted resource for internal and external contacts
