Summary

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in the insurance or financial services industry)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience handling inbound leads and qualifying potential clients
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and lead management tools
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to adapt and pivot as strategies evolve

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and online chat to understand their needs and determine fit
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls for advisors
  • Provide potential clients with information on our insurance products and services, ensuring a smooth handoff to the advisor team
  • Maintain and update CRM records with detailed notes on interactions and deal progress
  • Work closely with the Advisor and Operations teams to optimize lead nurturing strategies and conversion processes
  • Meet or exceed monthly conversion and engagement targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Represent PolicyMe in a professional and client-centric manner
  • Analyze lead data to identify trends and suggest improvements to outreach strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
