Summary
Join Rasa as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and contribute to a growing sales team. You will identify and qualify sales leads, partnering with the sales team to convert them into opportunities. This 100% remote, East Coast USA-based role requires outbound lead generation, inbound lead qualification, and accurate Salesforce tracking. You will represent the Rasa brand, collaborate with various teams, and strive to exceed quota targets. The role is within the Customer Office organization and Business Development & Operations department, working with a team of BDRs, demand generation, and account executives. Responsibilities
- Represent the Rasa brand and provide an exceptional experience for our prospects
- Research accounts, identify leads, and tenaciously qualify new opportunities
- Consistently maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social
- Accurately track interactions and pipeline generation information in Salesforce
- Evangelize Rasaβs platform, mission, and vision
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand generation to optimize the sales funnel and build our sales pipeline efficiently
- Consistently exceeding quota targets
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, marketing or customer-facing roles
- Knowledge, experience and/or passion of open source, machine learning, and AI assistants
- Experience successfully interacting with executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Experience with prospecting tools like Salesforce and Linkedin
