Business Development Representative

Summary

Join our team as an Inside Business Development or Inside Sales representative! We are seeking recent graduates or individuals with 0-2 years of B2B experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and German, be highly organized, and demonstrate the ability to multitask. Prior experience with Salesforce and Outreach.io is a plus. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Qualified applicants will complete a 30-minute online assessment.

Requirements

• Have 0-2 years’ experience at a Business-to-Business organization in an Inside Business Development or Inside Sales role
• Possess confident, clear and succinct communication style (English and German) – both written and verbal
• Be highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills across every company title level
• Be able to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree
• Have prior experience with Salesforce and Outreach.io
