Summary
Join SmartBug Media, a leading HubSpot agency, as a Business Development Representative. You will play a key role in generating $2M in annual revenue by identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting sales calls, scheduling demonstrations, and handing off qualified leads. This role requires strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills, along with experience selling web and/or AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience and knowledge of HubSpot CRM and PandaDoc. This is a commission-eligible position with a salary range of $55,000 - $70,000.
Requirements

- 3+ years of demonstrated ability selling or building pipeline for web and/or AI solutions
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the capability to generate $2M in annual revenue
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships
- Conduct warm and cold calls to prospective clients
- Schedule and coordinate demonstrations with interested leads for our AI & web solutions
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within designated timeframes
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HubSpot CRM: Experience running a sales pipeline that coordinates and accurately supervises sales activities, customer interactions, and other signals key to generating predictable, efficient, and effective revenue
- Knowledge of PandaDoc quoting software
- Experience developing and driving effective account planning strategies to identify key decision-makers, understand customer needs, and tailor sales approaches accordingly
- Ability to consider prospects needs to recommend specific services that will best address customer problems and concerns
- Adaptable to changing situations and priorities, you thrive in a dynamic sales landscape
