Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a Business or Sales Development role
- Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue by setting high-quality meetings
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to effectively utilize available resources in a fast-paced environment
- Acute attention to detail with great organizational skills
- Creative and tenacious, willing to try new things, have an experimentation mindset, and work through challenges in pursuit of not only meeting but exceeding provided targets
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with strong communication and listening capabilities, both verbal and written
- Adaptable and collaborative team player who actively seeks and applies feedback, while also contributing valuable insights
Responsibilities
- Support pipeline generation through lead research/qualification, proactive prospecting, and outreach activities
- Nurture both warm and cold prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and aligning our solutions to their challenges
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize outreach plans, and ensure cohesive strategies
- Create opportunities through productive meeting sets, following established performance standards
- Build relationships with prospects through various channels such as cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and attending virtual or in-person events
- Stay updated on the SCW platform, industry trends, and effective sales techniques to improve performance and engagement with prospects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and prospect interactions within Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams to achieve shared objectives
- Previous experience or understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, or working with personas related to cybersecurity
- Proficiency with software and tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Google Suite, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
