Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR in the SaaS industry
- Experience at a startup with limited resources
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Expertise at identifying and prospecting new accounts, and ability to move on them with a hunter’s mentality
- Resilient and capable of failing forward on an ongoing basis, documenting the pain points and strategizing solutions
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external)
- A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Resourcefulness and results-driven operating style
- Collaborative and coachable mindset - you should be excited about continuously improving your skills and impact
- You’re a self-starter capable of bringing ideas and strategies to the table. You value independence and will be successful with little supervision
Responsibilities
- Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision-makers
- Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic email and social campaigns
- Schedule and conduct online demos and meetings with potential customers to educate them about the company's offerings
- Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better understand the needs and wants of potential customers
