Summary
Join Vidyard's Business Development team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a key role in generating sales opportunities. Reporting to the Sales Pipeline Manager, you will strategically source and qualify leads through our ABM program. You will collaborate with Account Executives and marketing, targeting key accounts and independently researching and developing new prospects. Utilizing various outreach methods (video, email, phone, social), you will engage with Sales and Marketing Executives to drive new business and meet monthly quotas. This role offers exposure to a high volume of outbound activities, fostering skill development and career growth within a collaborative sales organization. You will work closely with the Account Management Team to identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- You have experience in a BDR role

Responsibilities
- Construct strategic B2B account prospecting lists and target them
- Examine data around existing free users of our tool and work to convert them to paying customers
- Build consultative relationships with Marketing & Sales leaders to understand wants/needs of an organization
- Leverage video, phone, email, and social selling techniques to breakthrough to prospective customers
- Own weekly and monthly goals centered around activity & pipeline generation
- Work closely with the Account Management Team to drive strategic upsell opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience prospecting into an existing customer base is an asset
