Summary
Join our dynamic sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR)! In this role, you will utilize a power dialer to connect with potential customers, persuade them to schedule product demonstrations, and ensure demo completion. You will collaborate with the sales team, maintain accurate records, and meet monthly targets. Performance-based bonuses are offered for completed demos and closed deals. This remote position offers a flexible work schedule and various benefits, including paid time off, parental leave, and health care reimbursement. We are seeking a motivated individual with strong communication and persuasive skills and proven sales experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Use the power dialer to connect with potential customers and introduce them to the client's solutions
- Persuade prospects to schedule and attend product demonstrations
- Follow up with prospects to confirm demo attendance and ensure completion
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for demo completions and contribute to closed deals
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven 3+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree
