Business Development Representative - Creator Acquisitions

You will manage the content lifecycle, from acquisition to launch, ensuring timely releases and clear communication with content partners. Coordinate with internal teams and content suppliers, acquire premium content, and take detailed notes on partner calls. Review and approve content before launch, and contribute ideas to enhance the creator experience. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content partnerships, media coordination, or digital media
• Great communication and organization skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, etc
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for creators, online content, or digital communities
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Help manage the full content lifecycle — from acquisition to launch
• Keep communication with content partners organized and clear
• Track content availability calendars and ensure key content is launched on time
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Editorial, Product) and content suppliers
• Help acquire premium content for our community platform
• Take notes on partner calls and follow up on next steps
• Assist in reviewing and approving content before it goes live
• Bring ideas to improve our creator experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with contracts or content deals is a plus
