Summary

Join Bloomerang as the Manager, Business Development Representative and lead a team of BDRs focused on prospecting and qualifying inbound leads. Requirements

  • Effectively creating, delivering and assessing the success of training with individual BDRs and the team as a whole
  • Exercising strong leadership and collaboration skills in team and cross-functional meetings
  • Owning the number for your team every month with commitment to meet and exceed that number
  • Experience Identifying opportunities for improvement across New Sales operations and making recommendations to leadership to optimize processes
  • Experience building out, owning and seeking to constantly improve the onboarding process with sales enablement for your reps
  • Responsible for leading the team to success while playing a primary role in developing strategy and processes to drive performance

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and developing individual BDRs to grow in their careers while attaining and surpassing lead quota and productivity KPIs
  • Ensuring that leads passed to sales are converting to qualified opportunities and supporting sales pipeline growth
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement across New Sales operations and making recommendations to leadership to optimize processes
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of our product offerings and processes to effectively coach reps and increase overall team performance
  • Understand our product, including new developments, and how current and future changes will inform the way we sell
  • Building out, owning and seeking to constantly improve the onboarding process with sales enablement for your reps
  • Owning the number for your team every month with commitment to meet and exceed that number

  • As this is an incentive compensation role, there will be a base salary with annual on target earnings of $85,000-135,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws
  • This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters
