Summary

Join Revefi, a rapidly growing AI-driven data spend optimization company, as their SDR Manager. In this foundational role, you will build and lead a high-performing sales development team, developing and scaling outbound and inbound pipeline generation strategies. You will design and implement sales strategies targeting key personas, partner with marketing, and use a data-driven approach to track team performance. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and training SDRs, leveraging sales tools, and collaborating with sales leadership. This is an opportunity to lead from the front in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Requirements

  • 4โ€“6+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with 2โ€“3+ years in a team leadership/managerial role
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, ideally in the data, cloud or AI ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of the modern enterprise tech stack and how to engage technical audiences
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills with a passion for leadership and people development
  • Hands-on experience with sales engagement and CRM platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Self-starter mindsetโ€”you thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and love building things from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of SDRs focused on outbound and inbound pipeline generation
  • Design and implement outbound sales strategies targeting key personas: Data Leaders, FinOps, Cloud Architects, and Engineering Executives
  • Partner with Marketing to align campaign messaging and deliver coordinated GTM plays
  • Use a data-driven approach to track team performance, improve conversion metrics, and forecast pipeline
  • Own the SDR hiring, onboarding, and training processes to ensure fast ramp-up and long-term success
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to streamline SDR workflows and reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align on ICP, lead qualification criteria, and account prioritization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into Data, Engineering, Cloud, or FinOps personas
  • Previous work in AI/ML, data observability, or cloud infrastructure companies
  • A network of SDRs or GTM professionals youโ€™ve mentored or hired before
