Business Development Specialist

Summary

The job is a volunteer Business Development Specialist position at TEEI, an NGO in Norway, helping 100,000 Ukrainians through education and employment. The role involves researching potential partners, developing strategies, creating communication materials, managing partnerships, and collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• Experience in business development, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential partners and opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of people and cultures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Ukrainian/Norwegian is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct online and local research to identify potential partners, sponsors, and donors
• Develop and execute strategies to establish new relationships and grow existing ones with partners
• Collaborate with the team to create effective communication materials for partnership outreach
• Manage and maintain the partnership database and documentation of all partnership activities
• Take part in regular meetings with the team
