Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the technology industry, specifically in areas related to custom software development, data analytics, and integrations
• Proven proficiency with HubSpot and Confluence
• Strong understanding of the technology services industry with a particular focus on mid-market clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all business levels

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives and account-based marketing outreach tailored to individual client needs
• Nurture relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure
• Attend industry networking events to represent the company and identify potential business opportunities
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral partners, enhancing business growth
• Utilize HubSpot for CRM activities and maintain documentation and project management through Confluence
• Stay informed of industry trends in custom software development, data consolidation/analytics, and system integrations to communicate our service offerings effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of UX research is a plus
