• Proven success in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
• Excellent verbal and written skills with a pleasant, friendly tone and convincing delivery
• Maintain professionalism and a client-focused mindset during interactions
• Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet targets
• Familiar with virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, CRM) and comfortable working remotely
• Must be open to feedback and teamwork
• Must have a noise-canceling headset, PC/laptop with Intel Core i5 or better, and reliable internet
• Must have access to a quiet, distraction-free space for efficient work
• Available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience during every interaction
• Identify and qualify potential leads to align with the company’s target market and business goals
• Perform all duties remotely, utilizing virtual tools for communication
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions using CRM software or tracking systems
• Work closely with the team to align strategies, improve processes, and meet business development goals
