Summary

Join SiteDocs, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as a Business Development Support team member. You will be responsible for gathering high-quality prospect data using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn, inputting this data into Salesforce, and contributing to the creation of targeted contact lists. This role requires proficiency in data handling, CRM software, and a commitment to meeting daily targets. Success in this position demands strong technological skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced environment. The company emphasizes a collaborative and data-driven culture. This is a remote opportunity.

Requirements

  • Experience in previous data-handling positions
  • Comfortable with being accountable to targets and outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Use software to find company names and contact details of ideal fit prospects for our product
  • Import/Update accurate data records into Salesforce, being accountable to data cleanliness and productivity metrics
  • Process a minimum of 110 potential prospects per day, with at least 30 of them being ideal fit records inserted into a call campaign list
  • Participate in brainstorming new prospect markets and sources, as needed
  • Be fanatical about our mission, values, and goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using database technology, CRM and search tools
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology related fields
