Join Storyblok's growing team as a Business Development Team Manager, leading a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) across the UKI and Benelux markets. This pivotal leadership role focuses on driving qualified pipeline generation, increasing sales effectiveness, and enabling team success through coaching and collaboration. You will manage BDRs generating high-quality sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activities, supporting revenue growth and customer acquisition. Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, you'll build targeted campaigns, drive execution, and optimize conversions. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and a data-driven approach to achieve ambitious growth targets within the specified territories. Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience leading high-performing sales or BDR/SDR teams in a SaaS environment
- Proven success in converting inbound demand and managing outbound prospecting strategy and execution
- Strong track record in coaching and developing talent to exceed KPIs and unlock career growth
- Deep understanding of modern sales tech stacks, including tools like Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc
- Familiarity with the UKI and Benelux markets, with a nuanced understanding of cultural and commercial dynamics
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action
- Clear communicator with a high level of English fluency, both verbal and written

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs focused on pipeline creation for the UKI & Benelux territories
- Oversee and optimize both inbound and outbound sales processes and ensure best practices are implemented across the team
- Establish and monitor performance benchmarks including activity levels, lead response times, conversion rates, and opportunity creation
- Conduct weekly 1:1 to review metrics and coach BDRs on cold calling, messaging, outbound tactics, objection handling, and lead qualification
- Analyze performance metrics and dashboards in Salesforce and related tools to identify areas for improvement and forecast pipeline contribution
- Drive inbound and outbound campaign strategy in partnership with Marketing, ensuring alignment with key personas, industry verticals, and regional trends
- Improve sales sequences and messaging to increase prospect engagement and conversion rates
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align on territory coverage, opportunity handoff, and pipeline acceleration
- Support expansion within existing accounts by identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Report regularly to the Head of Business Development on team performance, campaign effectiveness, and strategic recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in CMS, DXPs, or MarTech is a strong plus
