Business Intelligence Developer in Pakistan

Summary

The job is for a Business Intelligence Developer at Motive who will analyze data, build insightful dashboards using Tableau, and partner with various teams to develop Tableau products. The candidate should have advanced skills in Tableau, SQL, and other relevant tools, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a business intelligence and/or data analyst role, with a proven track record of delivering quality dashboards and/or actionable insights
• Advanced Tableau knowledge and experience in creating interactive and visually pleasing dashboards for consumption by non-technical stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience using SQL to manage, retrieve, and transform data in relational databases

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the People & Places team, Business Intelligence team, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop strategies to meet data needs, and provide design documents for implementation
• Create compelling and user-friendly dashboards using Tableau. and other tools such as Python, R, Google BigQuery to communicate findings and insights to business leaders
• Drive the collection of new data; improve and refine existing data sources through automation. Drive projects to improve data quality
• Write complex SQL queries to clean, process, and transform dataset to optimize the operational efficiency and performance of dashboards
• Develop and track success metrics of dashboards (such as data accuracy, utilization, user satisfaction) and continuously improve user experience by addressing user feedback
• Communicate regularly on program/project plans, progress, blockers, and risks to cross-functional stakeholders and sponsors
• Research and implement innovative solutions to both quickly solve pain points in the moment and for long-term process optimization and redesign
