Responsibilities
- Managing tickets related to user requests and functional incidents on platforms managed by the IT Service team
- Ensuring efficient task follow-ups and project completion
- Resolving requests and issues on various company platforms according to IT Service policies
- Meeting project deadlines set by the IT Service department
- Adhering to Service Level Agreements
- Overseeing user training on systems managed by the IT team
