Join Thoughtworks' Global Partner Success team as a Partner Operations Specialist and support the operational execution of our partner strategy. You will ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners, requiring strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include supporting partner programs, analyzing partnership data, managing partner funding processes, improving operational processes, maintaining partner portals and databases, and providing partnership insights to internal teams. Responsibilities
- Support the execution of partner programs, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals
- Analyze partnership data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Assist in the management of partner funding processes, ensuring compliance with partner requirements and timely execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Maintain and update partner portals, CRM systems, and internal databases to ensure accurate reporting and documentation
- Support internal teams by providing relevant partnership insights, connecting stakeholders, and troubleshooting operational issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of partner operations through process enhancements and automation
- Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate partnership performance and impact to leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Technology Proficiency: experience working with CRM systems, analytics tools, and workflow management platforms is a plus
