Join Komodo Health's Sales Strategy and Operations team as a Revenue Operations Manager and play a critical role in driving sales planning, strategic growth, and operational efficiency. Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of relevant sales ops/rev ops experience, with direct experience supporting a retention-focused organization
- Display proficiency in data manipulation via excel and salesforce reporting
- Experience in large scale financial and/or sales planning for commercial organization
- Experience leading complex projects, taking ownership, deriving and implementing actionable insights, and presenting recommendations to executive audiences
- Experience involving analytical rigor as typically seen in, but not restricted to, functions like sales operations, finance, business operations, etc. or industries like consulting, banking, etc
- Program Management and Operations experience working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Problem solving and analysis experience solving ambiguous business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing results cross-functionally to align and solve problems
Responsibilities
- Drive reporting on revenue and attainment to provide Sales & Leadership with realtime figures and proactive insights (40%)
- Build Slides & Models for Sales Team and Leadership to showcase insights and presentation skills (20%)
- Lead projects across stakeholder teams (Finance, Infra, GTM) to enable better visibility into business performance (20%)
- Manipulate data to provide ad-hoc analysis and insight generation to drive efficiencies within the sales team and reporting (20%)
