Summary

Join Futuremedia, a digital agency and startup accelerator, as a Business Operations Associate and work directly with the COO to enhance operational efficiency. You will support daily operations, identify process inefficiencies, implement and maintain internal tools, manage OKRs and project timelines, and assist with internal reporting. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, experience with automation tools, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or administrative support (preferably at a SaaS or tech company)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable using and learning tools like Slack, Atlassian, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with automation using a variety of tools and platforms to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Support the COO with day-to-day operations, planning, and coordination across departments
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose improvements or automations
  • Implement and maintain internal tools
  • Manage and Maintain Internal Tool Credentials – Assist the COO in organizing, updating, and securely storing all access credentials, API keys, and configuration details for the software tools and platforms used across the company. Ensure proper documentation, access control, and ease of retrieval for authorized team members
  • Help manage OKRs, project timelines, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Assist with internal reporting, data tracking, and documentation
  • Act as a liaison between the COO and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate team meetings, prep materials, and follow up on action items

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives (COO, CFO, or similar)
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and operational KPIs
  • Basic understanding of scripting or APIs for workflow automation
