Summary
Join Viator's B2B BizOps team as a Business Operations Associate I and contribute to the success of our distribution partnerships. This high-impact role involves supporting commercial teams with data analysis, process improvements, and tool development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build dashboards using Tableau and Salesforce, and troubleshoot daily issues. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in business operations or a related field. Requirements
- ~2+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, consulting, or a data-driven role
- Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, or SQL—bonus points if you’ve worked with Salesforce
- Strong analytical mindset: you’re comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and communicating them clearly
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter attitude—you’re resourceful, organized, and ready to learn
- A team player with great communication skills and a desire to work cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of key materials (e.g., QBRs), helping consolidate and analyze data to inform team decisions and partner strategy
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Salesforce to track KPIs and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives
- Help identify and implement operational improvements that eliminate bottlenecks and improve team workflows
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues, provide ad hoc analysis, and act as a go-to problem solver for the B2B team
- Support the operational needs of the account management and partnerships team with tools, processes, and insights
