Business Operations Associate

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in related field
• Minimum 2 years in a high performance environment
• Intermediate to advanced SQL query knowledge
• Have a builders mentality, creative problem solver and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Able to communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely
• Skilled at collecting and analyzing data to identify improvement areas

Responsibilities

• Manage claims process flow. This includes working with a team of claims specialist(s) and TPAs to drive claims to resolution quickly
• Own tolls, fuel, and citations through trends analysis, fraud prevention, monthly reporting, and vendor management
• Weekly/Monthly reporting of key metrics to leadership
• Identify and drive ongoing improvements for central processes
• Manage relationships with multiple external vendors and hold them accountable to meet specific SLAs
• Act as additional support for Surfer, Cx and market analytics and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a startup
• Previous experience in the mobility industry or automotive
• Previous experience with automotive fleets
• Experience collaborating across work groups with a service-minded perspective
• Mode or other dashboarding experience
• Data Analytics (Google Sheets/Excel data manipulation)
