Summary

Join Grow Therapy as a Sr. Business Operations Associate and contribute to improving mental healthcare accessibility. You will work closely with the Clinical team on initiatives and projects, focusing on performance monitoring, outcome validation, and identifying improvement opportunities. This role involves creating scalable systems and automations, tracking key metrics, and implementing innovations to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in business operations and strategy, experience automating processes, and proficiency in Google Sheets. Requirements

• Have 3 years of experience in business operations and strategy at a startup or consulting firm
• Have experience in automating manual processes
• Have worked alongside or within Clinical teams
• Be proficient in Google sheets
• Have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ideas, prioritize, scope, document, and communicate a clear plan of action

Responsibilities

• Create scalable systems, automations, workflows and operational processes to support clinical quality operations
• Track and maintain metrics to monitor progress against clinical OKRs
• Identify and implement innovations to maximize quality, speed and efficiency of the Clinical Excellence team

Preferred Qualifications

Be skilled in building workflows in Hubspot
