Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, business, or operations
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in B2B SaaS, retail/CPG technology, or logistics technology
• Building and refining financial and operational models
• Experience with managing and overseeing day-to-day financial and accounting operations including payroll, vendor payments, client invoicing, and monthly financial reporting
• You thrive in ambiguous environments with limited data, and can easily context-switch between building financial models, jumping on a partnership call, whiteboarding new operational plans, and reviewing contracts
• Experience working with C-suite and Board Members

Responsibilities

• Use financial modeling and analytical skills to assess the impact of operational and strategic decisions
• Prepare investment cases and presentation materials for the CEO and Board of Directors to help make informed decisions
• Manage internal and external accounting and finance teams to deliver on month end reporting, client invoicing, payroll, and vendor payments
• Reimagine and assess our reverse logistics operations, including evaluating new business models and offerings, enabling ReturnBear to deploy resources in the most optimal way
• Analyze the costs and benefits of partnerships and growth opportunities to determine whether they will add economic and strategic value to ReturnBear
• Plan and execute the operational elements of our end-to-end reverse logistics solution, including rolling out new offerings and partnerships
• Lead and manage relationships with our investors, partners, and customers ranging from startup brands to enterprise retailers
• Roll up your sleeves and assist with day-to-day internal operations and tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SQL, Retool, HubSpot, and other analytics tools
