Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in operations management within the transportation, mobility, or logistics sectors
- Experience building within a start up environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proven track record managing across multiple projects with intermediate to advanced Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
- Innovative and strategic thinker who views challenges from various perspectives and generates new ideas quickly, yet remains grounded in reality
- Ability to understand regulatory requirements for TNCs across multiple markets and communicate
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Proven ability to focus on understanding problem space/root cause analysis by diving deep
- Skilled in navigating complex business environments, with a strong analytical approach to solving business problems
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and strategic partnerships in a dynamic sector
- Resilient and persistent, always ready to explore alternative strategies and opportunities when faced with obstacles
- No problem too big, no task too small; equally capable of handling everything from troubleshooting live rides to strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
- Able to travel locally/regionally as needed (up to 10%)
Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, monitors, and manages the day-to-day processes and operations for Specialty Transportation rides
- Develops, monitors, and recommends improvement to operational processes, procedures, policies, and workflow to support our growing Specialty Transportation vertical
- Implements and monitors compliance and develops and maintains program specific documentation
- Serve as the primary connection point to our CarePartner and their consultants - Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand existing partnerships to support evolving business needs
- Establish and maintain clear performance metrics for partners, including reviewing with partners, providing feedback and coaching, and offboarding partners when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
You are comfortable with ambiguity and a bias towards action; you don't need to be handed a playbook to win the game β independent and self-starting. You possess Ops Chops and arenβt afraid to use them!
