Summary
Join bloXroute as a Business Operations Manager and leverage your Hubspot CRM expertise to optimize processes, maintain data integrity, and drive sales growth. You will own the GTM data systems, implement automations, and create insightful reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing data-driven recommendations. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, along with experience in sales operations and blockchain technology. Requirements
- 5+ years experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management
- 2-3+ years experience with blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi),and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) business models
- In-depth understanding of Hubspotโs CRM functionalities, including sales pipeline management, contact and deal creation and reporting
- Experience with automation workflows, lead scoring, email tracking and integration with third-party tools within Hubspot
- Skilled in creating dashboards and generating reports in Hubspot to analyze sales performance, pipeline health and forecasts
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams
- Experience with sales tech stack management
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources for reporting, analysis and data validation process
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify opportunities for process improvement
Responsibilities
- Be the owner of the GTM (Go To Market) data and information systems, ensuring alignment with broader company goals
- Take ownership of the CRM system, drive actionable process improvements, and empower the business team to achieve success
- Identify and integrate data sources, collaborating with development and product managers to build and maintain a single source of truth for operational data
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics systems to provide actionable insights that guide business strategy and operational efficiency
- Act as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and product teams by providing data-driven recommendations and identifying new business opportunities
- Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and reliability of insights for decision-making
- Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and project-based initiatives to optimize business performance and operational processes
