Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, consulting, bizops, or a related field
- 1+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years of game industry experience
- Track record of working with senior leadership and driving cross-functional execution
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with excellent written and verbal communication
- A bias toward action, strong business intuition, and a love for solving messy problems
- Experience in gaming required
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate Company Rhythm: Build and maintain the operational cadence for leadership meetings, planning cycles, and key decision forums
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Partner with the COO and Chief of Staff team to define, track, and execute strategic priorities
- Manage Investor Relations: Support investor communications and data prep in coordination with the CEO, COO, and CFO, including investor updates, due diligence materials, and performance tracking
- Manage the Admin team: Lead the small team of Admins and Executive Admins to support the C-suite coordination, including travel, calendars, internal/external communications, expense reports, and other tasks as needed to ensure smooth executive functions
- Connect the Dots: Serve as a central hub between teams—ensuring alignment, removing roadblocks, and enabling smooth execution
- Operationalize the Board: Own logistics and prep for Board of Directors meetings, including agenda setting, materials, and follow-ups
- Enable Scaling: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies as the company grows—and work cross-functionally to fix them
- Own Special Projects: Tackle urgent or important one-off projects as needed across GTM, Product, or Corporate functions
