Summary

Join HashiCorp's Marketing Operations PMO team as an Operations Program Manager and contribute to developing scalable, repeatable practices that enhance the marketing team's effectiveness. You will provide tactical support to marketers, ensuring successful execution of processes, projects, and programs. This role involves developing program plans, identifying risks, implementing SOPs, and managing cross-functional projects. You will support integrated promotional plans for key initiatives like launches and campaigns. Experience with Asana and other project management tools is essential. The ideal candidate possesses strong project coordination and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a program or project management role, ideally within a Marketing or Operations team
  • Strong ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable plans
  • Demonstrated bias for action and a proven ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Comfortable working independently while effectively partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive shared outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently collaborate across teams, functions, and organizational levels
  • Experience with Asana (or other project management platforms), GSuite, Microsoft Office, Canva, Figma, and Slack, with the ability to quickly learn new tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop actionable program plans with clear goals, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Proactively identify risks or blockers and create mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery and execution
  • Support the scoping, definition, implementation, and adherence to SOPs, best practices, workflows, and processes across our various teams
  • Cross-functional project management and workflow coordination across teams including Brand Studio, Growth Marketing, and Corporate Communications. This role will support the planning and execution of integrated promotional plans and content for key initiatives such as launches, product releases, and strategic campaigns
  • Event launch support
  • Annual marketing survey
  • Be an Asana super user; support teams in developing and systematizing projects and programs into Asana
  • Other responsibilities as directed

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) preferred
