Summary

Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, data analytics, procurement, or project management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights across large datasets and operational tools
- Proven ability to take ownership and drive measurable impact independently
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for operational decisions
- Present data-driven findings to stakeholders, highlighting trends, forecasts, and opportunities for improvement
- Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency
- Audit internal workflows to eliminate friction, reduce costs, and improve speed at scale
- Recommend and implement end-to-end improvements for our Owners, Guests, and internal stakeholders with technology or automation
- Design and implement improvement using documentation, tooling, automation, or system integrations
- Develop operational KPIs (e.g. onboarding completion time, cost per turn, vendor quality) and drive continuous improvement and accountability through regular reporting
- Design and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and long-term scalability
- Conduct regular process audits to identify further improvement opportunities
- Own and execute cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, and outcomes
- Partner with teams across internal teams including, Central Operations, Field Operations, Product, Tech, Listings, and Finance to align goals, mitigate risk, and remove blockers
- Proactively manage ambiguity and keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with automation tools or scripting/SQL skills
