Business Operations Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a Business Operations Specialist to help build Arc and Codementor! You will collaborate with sales, marketing, support, and product teams, leading projects and developing operational processes. As the go-to expert, you will create dashboards, identify operational gaps, and implement improvements. This is a full-time, remote position requiring candidates to be within a 3-hour timezone difference of Taiwan. You will own projects, maintain workflows, communicate with stakeholders, and utilize tools like HubSpot CRM. The role involves data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a business, product, or sales operations role
• Native or near-native spoken and written English
• Experience with automation (low-code, no-code) tools and data analysis — Zapier required!
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
• Experience owning projects that involve multiple stakeholders
• Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Own projects to automate processes by using off-the-shelf tools to eliminate repetitive tasks
• Maintain internal operations workflows and be the point of contact for updates and ad-hoc requests
• Communicate frequently with stakeholders to resolve issues and requests
• Maintain HubSpot CRM and integrate internal database/tools within different teams
• Work with product team to QA features in development and troubleshoot bugs
• Write SQL to analyze datasets and build dashboards
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive change that improves accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
• Research and apply new tools to improve existing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a fast-paced software startup and cross-cultural team
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese — our product team is primarily based in Taiwan

Benefits

• Annual Salary: NT$700K to 1Mil
