Business Partner - Controlling

Summary

Requirements

• Have a relevant University Degree in Finance, Accounting or comparable business background
• Have at least 5 years of experience in corporate controlling environment
• Have experience in working in a matrix organization
• Have financial reporting experience delivered in a shared services center environment
• Have solid Excel functions experience
• Have experience with SAP FI and CO module
• Have expertise in analytics and reporting (storytelling, visualization)
• Have experience in reporting tools Microsoft Office products, SAP-AfO (analysis for office)
• Be native in Hungarian and fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a financial reporting model that guarantees the accurate presentation of expected financial results
• Analyze project profitability
• Perform financial calculation of running business cases, and better explanation of profit bridges
• Work and communicate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the integrity of all of the business’s management reporting
• Analyze and appropriately implement internal procedures and processes related to management reporting
• Control business areas in ongoing projects, overseeing and evaluating existing processes and proposing new more effective processes
• Provide effective decision support on key investment proposals and opportunities for strategic initiatives by leading complex analysis and business case modeling
• Support in Business acquisition transactions and inorganic growth initiatives, including post-acquisition integration of new Group companies (actuals, Budget planning, and forecasting as well)
• Support in internal and external benchmarking processes
• Build, visualize, and deploy new Business reports & requests on time
• Support Business partners holding for board-meeting preparation
• Prepare management reports including non-standard ad-hoc analysis at short notice
• Prepare data and reports for central and local standard reporting
• Analyze and prepare main deviations (e.g. versus Budget / Forecast / Actuals)
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, summaries with meaningful messages / insights
• Maintain Reporting Library and coordinate reporting cycles
• Maintain authorization matrix for reporting
• Ensure that reports are created on time and with high quality
• Adapt new reporting requirements and changes for standard reporting
• Enhance reporting packages for local/regional business partner, based on central requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a Master’s degree
• Have a Certification in accounting, auditing or comparable business topic
• Have project management experience
• Have experience in a manufacturing organization and production controlling on a similar position
• Have experience in SAP S4/HANA
• Have German language knowledge
