Summary

Join Wellhub, a global wellness platform, as an HR Business Partner Specialist in São Paulo. You will collaborate across regions, supporting Corporate Functions teams, particularly Finance and People. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the business and the ability to effectively engage and influence employees and leaders at all levels. You will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives, providing exceptional client support, leading global HR implementations, building strong relationships, coaching managers, overseeing recruitment, and applying critical thinking to solve issues. Requirements

  • A professional with previous experience as an HRBP
  • Proficiency in English is a must

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of key HR initiatives, including talent and compensation reviews, succession planning, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • Provide exceptional client support by delivering high-value, best-in-class service to client groups
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of global HR initiatives across regions
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key client and partner teams
  • Coach and support managers in resolving a variety of employee relations challenges and performance issues
  • Offer thoughtful and constructive feedback to strengthen management and leadership capabilities
  • Oversee recruitment strategies for all global functions in a rapidly growing international organization
  • Apply critical thinking skills to diagnose issues and proactively drive appropriate solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience working with the Workday (or similar) HRIS platform is a plus
  • Experienced in global, fast-paced, and dynamic environments, with a proven ability to deliver results quickly
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to influence leaders through data-driven insights to enhance performance, retention, and employee experience
  • Skilled at navigating and influencing in a matrixed management structure
