Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to identify inefficiencies and implement productivity enhancements
• Strong leadership and coordination skills to drive the Rhythm of Business (ROB) and ensure seamless departmental alignment and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and manage effective internal communication strategies, fostering a cohesive work environment
• A forward-thinking mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to identify and implement best practices across the organization
• Proven ability to manage office facilities and improve operational efficiency

Responsibilities

• Drive the Rhythm of Business (ROB) by facilitating seamless coordination among all departments to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization
• Develop and manage internal communication strategies to keep the organization informed and aligned, fostering a cohesive work environment
• Serve as the point of contact for global operations, ensuring local actions align with global strategies and objectives
• Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing best practices across the organization
