Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Excel and SQL are a must, Python is preferred
• Solid analytical skills with an understanding of links to commercial business
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly adaptable, self-driven, and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Able to communicate effectively in English to collaborate with cross-function teams regionally

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support the GM and other business units
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic and operational decisions
• Work closely with the GM to understand business objectives and align data initiatives accordingly
• Partner with different departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to provide analytical support and data-driven recommendations
• Assist in setting measurable goals and tracking performance against targets
• Lead end-to-end BI projects, from initial scoping and data collection to analysis, reporting, and implementation
• Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of BI projects, meeting the needs of the business
