Guild offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $165,000 - $180,000 and stock options.

Responsibilities
- Identify enterprise-wide AI transformation levers : map Guild’s business capabilities, benchmark current maturity and identify where AI capabilities can deliver the greatest strategic impact
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions : design scalable workflows that deliver business outcomes. Inform the technical infrastructure Guild uses to build and support AI solutions across both Business Systems and IT and Engineering
- Drive AI change leadership: partner with executives and functional leaders to cultivate a culture of first-principles thinking and continuous learning in Guild’s use of AI
- Own AI initiative planning and prioritization : set the vision, priorities and roadmap for internal AI initiatives with Guild’s operating and technical teams. Deeply understand the 'why' behind every initiative, communicating this vision to ensure team alignment and delivery
