Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a focus on go-to-market and business roles such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations, preferably within a high-growth tech startup environment
  • Proven ability to thrive in competitive hiring situations with a positive and principled approach to negotiation
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing timely, friendly, and transparent communication
  • Adept at managing competing priorities and navigating a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through working with candidates to the offer and negotiation process
  • Partner with hiring teams to understand their organizational objectives and drive a customized hiring plan to achieve those
  • Build processes that will help the recruiting team scale its efforts for years to come
  • Create unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent from branding and events to sourcing and referrals
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and own the process to provide them with a positive candidate experience
