Requirements

  • Ideally 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience
  • Partnered with Go-To-Market Leaders successfully and hired across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Post Sales
  • Proven track record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through all channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound)
  • Able to juggle various roles at once and use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline
  • Thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment
  • Creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done

Responsibilities

  • Help build processes and implement programs to achieve strong results by being resourceful
  • Define hiring needs by looking at projected growth, team structure and current talent trends
  • Define talent needs
  • Source and prescreen candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers
  • Insure a smooth and fluid process
  • Identify closing strategies for offers
  • Proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
  • Change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment

Preferred Qualifications

More than 3 years of recruiting experience

Benefits

  • Salary range for this position is $120,000-150,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy
  • Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options
  • Early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window
