Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, specifically within the Central European market
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive successful client acquisition
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM systems to track leads and sales performance
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients within Central Europe through comprehensive market research and strategic outreach initiatives
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and positioning Substance as their preferred partner
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and economic factors affecting recruitment in Central Europe to inform strategic decision-making
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to devise and implement effective business development strategies that drive lead generation and client acquisition
  • Collaboration: Team up with recruitment and marketing teams to align messaging, optimize outreach efforts, and facilitate smooth processes for client engagement
  • Reporting: Regularly analyze sales data and client feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in any additional Central European languages is an advantage
