Responsibilities

- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Substance's services and how they can benefit clients, equipping yourself to effectively communicate value to prospective customers
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of lead generation efforts and sales activities in the CRM, ensuring effective tracking of prospects and follow-ups
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize outreach strategies, and share insights that can drive better results
- Reporting: Analyze data and prepare reports on lead generation performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization
