You will be deeply involved in pricing strategy, deal modeling, and revenue growth, playing a critical role in supporting VGS's financial, sales, and strategic operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations driving business growth. Responsibilities include developing deal models, forecasting revenue, generating reports, conducting market research, and supporting sales operations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, proven experience in financial modeling, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma), and financial and revenue systems (Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience creating executive and board-level materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain account-level deal models, pricing strategies, and structures
- Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Partner with Finance to create accurate cash and revenue forecasts
- Support revenue reporting and financial analyses
- Generate ad hoc analyses and executive-level reports to guide decision-making
- Create Board-level reporting content and executive presentations
- Track, analyze, and report on key business KPIs
- Conduct market research and identify target markets/Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Build business case models to evaluate strategic opportunities
- Provide insights and content for Investor Relations activities
- Partner with sales and account managers to deliver day-to-day revenue operations support
- Develop and manage sales compensation models

Knowledge of market research methodologies and tools is a plus
