Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent practical experience
- 15+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or related roles in high-growth technology companies
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex, scientific- and tech-heavy business units and market
- Demonstrated capacity to switch between high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
- Significant experience building business models & analyzing markets
- Track record of scaling operations in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (Director/VP level)
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate the value of complex technical products to non-technical audiences
- Track record of leading strategic and operational initiatives, working with leaders and teams, and influencing executive stakeholders
- Multicultural perspective and service leadership mindset with strong interpersonal skills adept at working cross-functionally and managing relationships across diverse teams
- Curiosity about and eagerness to dive deeply to understand new fields of science, new forms of quantitative AI, new markets, new customers, new partners, and new teammates
Responsibilities
- Support our product-led business units to set and execute their product, business model, go-to-market, growth, and operational strategies
- Develop, launch, iterate, and scale successful products
- Measure progress, develop insights, and use quantitative analysis to drive effective decision-making at all levels
- Develop financial models and long-term forecasts
- Advance operational excellence across all functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup experience in fast-scaling environment
- Experience/understanding of AI, quantum technology, or related technical fields
- Experience/understanding of a science-based or tech-heavy industry β even better if itβs biopharma, cybersecurity, aerospace, medical devices, or financial services
- Expertise leading commercialization efforts to support successful product launches and market penetration
