Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or FP&A
- Exceptional spreadsheet / data management skills
- Proficiency with SQL and BI / Visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Intellectual curiosity supported by exceptional analytical skills and work ethic
- Advanced presentation and organizational skills, as well as a strong executive presence
- Experience working on cross-functional projects with various stakeholders and a demonstrated expertise in managing such projects
- Comfortable with ambiguous environments under tight and unpredictable timelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Create bottom-up forecast models that are a critical input into Fiscal Planning cycles and will ultimately be used to design Sales Quotas, VP Targets, and KPI targets
- Build out presentation decks that will be used to report on Sales performance, leading indicators, future period targets, and insights our Sales leadership needs to make strategic decisions
- Act as the nexus between Finance, Sales, and Recruiting to ensure alignment when reporting key metrics and actual team performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Tech / SaaS experience is preferred but not a requirement
- Sales Planning and Forecasting is strongly preferred
