Summary

Brightwheel is hiring a Data Operations Manager to support their acquisition effort by focusing on data enrichment, lead distribution strategy, and platform management. The manager will identify critical insights from data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as a trusted thought partner to executives. They require 4+ years of experience in a complex or high-growth environment, advanced SQL and Google Sheets skills, familiarity with data visualization tools, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a complex or high-growth environment required
• Analytical mindset and fluency with numbers
• Advanced SQL and Google Sheets skills such as pivot tables and lookups
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Sigma
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong bias for action
• Structured written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Turn insights into action: Dive deep into data, process, and the customer experience to identify critical insights necessary to improve business performance and translate these into action
• Achieve extraordinary results: Design and execute work necessary to achieve audacious business goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with sales, engineering, analytics, and systems operations teams to efficiently deliver data & insights on the health and performance of the database. Establish and manage key relationships with external partners and 3rd party vendors
• Partner with senior management teams: Serve as a trusted thought partner to executives across the business
