Business Systems Analyst

Summary

Join our team at Genesis Global as a Business Systems Analyst to help administer, optimize, and integrate internal systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in business systems analysis, system administration, or systems integration, with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement across our technology landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least Salesforce Administrator Certified, HubSpot Marketing certified
• 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, system administration, or systems integration
• Experience working with Go-To-Market systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot etc.) is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of systems integration, process mapping, and enterprise architecture
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation, particularly in environments with multiple integrated systems
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, system configurations, and integration specifications
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously with stakeholders in other timezones

• Defining and tracking key metrics
• Reducing user friction
• Integrating various systems to improve workflows
• Supporting the development and growth of our data dictionary and enterprise data model
